What we sell

Japanese skincare, beauty, and food products, bought in Japan and delivered in Cambodia. Makers sometimes change their packaging, so what arrives can look different from the photo. Read the label and How to use before you use a product, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. A discount shows as a percentage next to the price you pay.
• Delivery costs $1.50 in Phnom Penh and $2.00 to the provinces for 1 to 3 items, and is free from 4 items.
• When you place an order, we work out the total from the current prices and the delivery fee. That total is what your payment QR charges.
• You pay by KHQR, with ABA Mobile or any banking app that supports KHQR. Each QR works for about 3 minutes. If it runs out, start the payment again from checkout.
• Your order is confirmed only when we receive your KHQR payment. Until then, nothing is set aside for you.

Stock

Our stock is limited, and items marked Out of stock can’t be ordered. We take an item from stock when your payment is confirmed, so once in a while two people pay for the last one at the same moment. If we can’t supply something you paid for, we’ll contact you to agree what happens next, such as a swap or a refund.

A back-in-stock alert from our Telegram bot only tells you an item is back. It doesn’t hold one for you, so whoever pays first gets it.

Delivery

• We deliver in Phnom Penh and to the provinces.
• Once your payment is confirmed, delivery takes 1 day in Phnom Penh and 1 to 2 days to the provinces.
• Give a name, phone number, and address where we can reach you. We, or whoever delivers, may call you to find you.
• Your order shows Out for delivery once it is on its way.

Problems with an order

If something is missing, wrong, or damaged, message us on Telegram at @buymeejpxvatey with your order number and a photo. We look at each case and tell you what we can do.

Your account

• You can always shop as a guest. Signing in with Telegram or Google is optional and lets you see your orders and save addresses.
• Telegram and Google sign-ins are separate accounts, so orders placed with one don’t show in the other.
• Anyone who can sign in to your Telegram or Google account can see your orders and saved addresses here, so keep it secure and sign out on shared devices.
• To delete your account, message us.

Fair use

Don’t misuse the shop: no automated or bulk ordering, no attempts to get around its prices, stock, or payment checks, and no attacks on the site. We limit how often checkout can be tried, and we may refuse orders that break these terms.

Mistakes

We try to keep prices, photos, and descriptions right. If we find a clear mistake in your order, such as a wrong price, we’ll contact you to sort it out before we deliver.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses beyond what you paid for your order, or for delays caused by things outside our control, such as weather, road closures, or problems with banks or KHQR payments.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. The terms on this page when you place an order apply to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
