What we collect

When you place an order, as a guest or signed in

• Your name, phone number, delivery area (Phnom Penh or province), address, and any note you add
• What you ordered, the total, and the delivery fee
• Whether the order is paid, and the reference for your KHQR payment

When you sign in, which is optional

• With Telegram: your Telegram name, username, profile photo, and account ID. Telegram does not give us your phone number.
• With Google: your Google name, email address, profile photo, and account ID.
• If you save addresses: each one’s label, name, phone number, delivery area, and address, and when you last used it.

When you ask for a back-in-stock alert

When you tap Notify me on Telegram and then Start, our Telegram bot keeps the ID of your chat with it, the product, and the shop language you were using. The chat ID is not your phone number, and our staff never see your alerts.

To keep the shop safe

Your IP address and a random ID your browser keeps, used only to count checkout attempts in the last 15 minutes. The companies that host the shop also log requests, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

What stays on your device

Your browser keeps your cart, your last delivery details (to fill in checkout next time), the random checkout ID above, your language choice (a cookie that lasts a year), your sign-in session if you sign in, and, for the current visit only, your last order number and whether the welcome petals have played. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To take your payment, prepare and deliver your order, and contact you about it
• To show your orders and saved addresses on Account, and to fill in checkout for you
• To send you the one back-in-stock message you asked for
• To stop fraud and abuse

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Signing in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We use them only to sign you in, show your name on Account, and link your orders and saved addresses to you. We do not use them for advertising, we do not sell them, and we share them only with the company that runs our sign-in. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Who we share it with

• Our staff, who see each order’s details so they can prepare and deliver it
• Whoever delivers your order, who gets your name, phone number, and address
• Our KHQR payment provider, which gets the amount and an order reference to make your payment QR. You pay in your banking app, and we never see your card or bank account details.
• The companies that host our website, database, and sign-in. Telegram and Google take part only when you sign in with them.
• Telegram, which delivers our bot’s back-in-stock message to you
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with

How long we keep it

• Orders: as long as we need them for the shop’s records and the law
• Your account and saved addresses: until you delete them. You can delete saved addresses on Account, in Addresses. To delete your account, message us. Your saved addresses go with it, and past orders stay with us without your account.
• Checkout attempt counts: 15 minutes
• Back-in-stock alerts: until the message is sent, until you send /stop to our bot, or 180 days, whichever comes first
• On your device: until you clear your browser data. Sign out ends the session on that device.

Your choices

• You can always shop as a guest, without an account.
• Send /stop to our Telegram bot to cancel every back-in-stock alert you asked for.
• Message us on Telegram to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to delete your account.

Security

Connections to the shop are encrypted. Signed-in customers can see only their own orders and saved addresses, and only staff accounts can open our staff tools. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away if you notice anything wrong.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
